At TruckX, I played a pivotal role in designing user-centric experiences across the Fleet Management System (FMS) and the company website. From research to execution, I led initiatives aimed at improving usability and ensuring consistency across platforms. My work involved translating insights from in-depth research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. I collaborated closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Marketing teams to align design decisions with both user needs and business goals.

In addition to crafting intuitive interfaces, I worked closely with QA to identify usability issues during development and partnered with engineers to maintain design fidelity through implementation. By analyzing user flows, I helped uncover and address key experience gaps, resulting in a more cohesive product. I also co-led the design hiring process by creating a practical assignment for internship candidates and participating in their evaluation and shortlisting, contributing to the growth of the design team.
